OEM IH STEEL Spare Tire Retainer Plate & Carrier Bolt with Bracket.
FITS: 1971-1980 SCOUT II-TERRA-TRAVLER.
This is an original plate & carrier bolt that has been refurbished in like new condition. Plate & bolt has been powder coated and new hardware is included. Bracket has been cleaned & painted using RUST-OLUEM brand black satin paint.
No mounting hardware is included except for the carrier bolt washer & nut.
NOTE** CARRIER BOLT IS 6.25 LONG
